Infant & Toddler Programs

Most of our infant and toddler programs are funded by the Regional Center of Orange County and require a referral from the Regional Center. Please contact us for further information.

Infant Group Program for children ages birth to 12 months:
The infant group program is offered every Wednesday morning at our Laguna Beach location and every Friday morning at our Santa Ana location. The program offers comprehensive therapies in a small group setting, as well as a parent support group.

Toddler Group Program for children ages 13 to 24 months:
The toddler group program, designed for children aged 13 to 24 months who are developmentally 9-18 months, is offered two mornings per week at our Irvine and Santa Ana locations. In addition, many of the children also receive weekly individual therapy services based on their developmental needs. The program offers comprehensive therapies in a small group setting, as well as a parent support group. Sibling childcare during the program is available on a limited basis.

Toddler Group Program for children ages 25 to 36 months:
The toddler group program designed for children age 25 to 36 months who are developmentally 18-36 months, is offered three days a week in our Santa Ana and Irvine locations. The program offers comprehensive therapies in a small group setting, as well as a parent support group. Two of the three program days include parent/guardian participation. The third program day is a full inclusion preschool program that includes a combination of special needs and typical children.

Individual Sessions for speech, occupational and physical therapies:
Children who are eligible may also receive individual one-on-one sessions in general developmental, behavioral, speech, occupational or physical therapies.

In-Home Therapies - Children ages birth to 36 months:
ICEC offers in-home global early intervention sessions on an as needed basis for medically fragile children or children that are not able to attend the in-center programs.
